"Nature Sauvage" Theme Room and Menu

Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ming Court and French renowned crystal brand Lalique are debuting a year-long collaboration entitled Nature Sauvage, the first-ever in Asia, presenting a theme room and menu inspired by nature.

By redesigning the décor of one of Ming Court’s exclusive private dining rooms, Lalique has brought a dazzling metamorphosis that features an array of furnishings, decorative elements, and tableware from among Lalique’s nature-themed collections.

The six-course lunch menu and eleven-course dinner menu crafted by Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat with a champagne and three Lalique pairing wines is available for booking with 6 guests or 12 guests. Each guest will receive a complimentary set of Lalique scented candle (valued at HK$680).
