Ming Court presents a five-course Black Pearl Degustation Menu to celebrate the recognition by the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide in 2021.

The degustation menu with prestigious delicacies includes Stuff Crab Shell, Double-boil Soup with Superior Fish Maw, Shiitake Mushroom and Chinese Cabbage and Whole Middle East Dried Abalone with Goose Web.  The menu is perfectly complemented with fine wines carefully selected by our sommelier for an exceptional dining experience.
