TEA TIME STORIES
In celebration of its 11th anniversary, Cordis, Hong Kong proudly presents " Art in Residence — 3:15", a themed exhibition in collaboration with beloved local cafe "Tai On Coffee & Tea House" and food illustrator Kai.
To bring the theme to life, Executive Pastry Chef Roy Ma has drawn on Hong Kong's iconic afternoon tea flavours — from peanut butter & condensed milk toast and red bean ice to salted lemon drinks — and artfully reimagined them into a collection of exquisite pastries.
