Ming Court proudly retains its One Diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for the eighth consecutive year since 2018. To celebrate this achievement, Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat presents a reimagined six-course Black Pearl Tasting Menu, featuring his signature creations such as South African Abalone, Kanto Sea Cucumber, and Braised Onion Concentrate; crafted to delight the most discerning palates.

All menu items are subject to change due to seasonality and availability.
Advanced reservations are required.
All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Customers are required to present their Brilliant Member Card upon arrival.
