In recognition of this milestone, Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat unveils an exquisite six-course Black Pearl Tasting Menu. Showcasing his signature 20-Year-Aged Qinghua Fenjiu Pigeon and Braised South African Abalone with Mushroom and Shrimp Paste, this culinary journey delivers a truly exceptional Cantonese dining experience.
