Begin your journey identifying basic disharmonies amongst the Five Elements together with sensory testing which will direct you to the most suitable Chuan product for your treatment journey. This is then followed by breathing ritual devised by the ancient Chinese to improve health and promote healing.

 

 

This Breathing Ritual will calm your breathing, balance your element and relax your body and harmonically prepares your body and mind for Harmony Body Massage and finishing with Ear Auricular Therapy to promote better sleep and a better you.
