Except as permitted by law, Cordis Auckland's responsibility for Products is limited to replacing faulty Products or refunding the cost of the Product (at our sole discretion).
Cordis, Auckland will not accept Products for return unless they have been damaged during delivery, were not received by you in full working order, or have been double-delivered or mistakenly supplied.
Products must be returned to Cordis, Auckland, correctly packaged in their original carton, within 14 days of receipt by you.
Except as permitted by law, Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
You may cancel a Gift Voucher if, after full payment, it is not received or is lost in the post. The original Voucher will then be cancelled and a new one re-issued.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, membership entitlement or promotion. Bookings for Gift Voucher experiences are subject to availability.
The full value of the Gift Voucher must be used within one transaction. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
To enquire about extending the validity date of your Gift Voucher please contact the hotel before it expires. Extensions are at the hotel’s discretion and amendments will incur a processing fee.
