SUSTAINABILITY

As part of our commitment to responsible operations, guests are invited to reuse their bed linen, towels and bathrobes throughout their stay. This simple choice helps conserve water and energy while reducing our environmental footprint.

Designed with responsible event planning in mind, our meeting and event packages feature digital signage, reusable linens and chinaware and locally sourced menu selections to reduce material waste and minimise transportation-related emissions.

Cordis, Hong Kong collects and cleans oyster shells, which are then transported to oyster reef restoration sites to benefit marine life and water quality. We also volunteer to do restoration work at TNC's mudflats to improve shoreline stability. To date, we have recycled over 18 tonnes of oyster shells and contributed over 1 ton each quarter since November 2020. 

Through our Nordaq Fresh water bottling system, single-use plastic water bottles have been replaced with refillable glass bottles bottled on-site, reducing packaging waste and transportation requirements. Annual plastic reduction figures are reported in the sustainability disclosures of Great Eagle Holdings Limited.

Inspired by the endangered red panda, Cody & Coco embody our commitment to supporting wildlife conservation. Through our partnership with the Ocean Park Conservation Foundation Hong Kong, guests can contribute to red panda conservation by purchasing Cody & Coco plush toys, helping to raise both awareness and funding for this important cause. As of 2025, cumulative donations have helped protect 322 km² of endangered red panda and giant panda habitat in Sichuan.

Our in-room amenities feature bamboo-based alternatives and FSC-certified paper packaging, thoughtfully designed to reduce material consumption while enhancing the guest experience.

Since 2024, we have partnered with Mil Mill through its Milcycle Scheme to recycle used M-fold paper towels into FSC Recycled-certified paper products.
