Hotel credit must be spent in the hotel during the booked stay and produced at the time of check-out, against the final bill. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. A cancellation or amendment fee may apply after this time.

Should you be settling your account with a Credit Card or an offshore Visa Debit Card or MasterCard Debit Card, please note that a credit card surcharge of 2.5% will apply on top of the total amount due. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee.
Should you be settling with a credit card, a pre-authorisation (hold) on your credit card is required for the amount of your stay (if not prepaid/settled by 3rd party) plus NZD100 of incidentals per day up to a maximum of NZD400.
Should you not carry a credit card, or wish to settle with cash, identification will be required as well as full accommodation prepayment and the aforementioned amounts, to be paid on arrival.
In case of disputes, Cordis, Auckland reserves the right to make the final decision.
