Hotel Credit is per night, per room. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Bookings for hotel activities must be made prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

Cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to arrival. A cancellation or amendment fee will apply after this time.

Should you be settling your account with a credit card or an offshore Visa Debit Card or MasterCard Debit Card, please note that a credit card surcharge of 2.5% will apply on top of the total amount due. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee.
Should you be settling with a credit card, a pre-authorisation (hold) on your credit card is required for the amount of your stay (if not prepaid/settled by 3rd party) plus NZD100 of incidentals per day up to a maximum of NZD400.
Should you not carry a credit card, or wish to settle with cash, identification will be required as well as full accommodation prepayment and the aforementioned amounts, to be paid on arrival.
