Chuan Spa treatments are guided by the Five Elements Theory. We select the appropriate Chuan product for your treatment by identifying disharmonies amongst the five elements within you, helping you achieve inner balance and harmony.
Wood governs our liver, gallbladder, tendons, ligaments and sense of sight. Wood personalities tend to express emotions of depression and anger. They prefer mornings, spring, wind, sour flavours and the colour green.
Fire governs our heart, small intestine, tongue, blood vessels and speech. Fire personalities tend to express emotions of joy and over-excitement with occasional mood swings. They prefer mid-days, summer, heat, bitter flavours and the colour red.
