ᴬ The room rate for a 14-night stay is subject to a 10% service charge and a 3% hotel room tax. For stays of 28 nights or more, only a 10% service charge applies. However, if you initially book a 28-night stay and later reduce it to fewer than 28 nights, you will incur an additional 3% hotel room tax calculated on the new length of your stay.

#Guests booking a long-term stay receive room cleaning services twice a week. They can choose their preferred times for service at check-in, and once confirmed, these cannot be changed or accumulated. If a guest doesn't check in on Sunday, room service will be calculated pro-rata for the week.
#For a 14-night stay, additional cleaning is HKD 226 net per session, and daily cleaning is HKD 1,582 net for 14 days. For stays of 28 nights or more, additional cleaning costs HKD 220 net per session, while daily cleaning is HKD 3,080 net every 28 days.
⁽¹⁾The 14-night stay package is available for bookings from now until 16 Dec 2025 and stays from now to 31 Dec 2025; The 28-night stay package is available for bookings from now until 3 Dec 2025 and stays from now to 31 Dec 2025.
For guests who stay for 14 days package, this rate requires full prepayment on your credit card at time of booking and non-refundable and non-changeable. The price will be subject to 10% service charge and 3% hotel accomodation tax.
For guests who stay for 28 days or above, guarantee pre-payment for the first 28 nights is required and it is non-refundable. If the final check-out date is to be shorten, an official notice is required at least 28-day in advance to avoid the charges for the remaining nights or 28-night stay (whichever is shorter). The price will be subject to 10% service charge
For each room that paid for daily breakfast, children aged 12 or below may enjoy complimentary daily breakfast. (All adults and children must be registered upon check-in)
