FUQUAN MOUNTAIN
The Fuquan Mountain scenic area is located southeast of Dongqian Lake. Integrating a culture of tea, well-being and Buddhism, Fuquan Mountain is popular for ecotourism with scenic views, tea and uniquely-shaped trees.
STONE CARVING PARK
Southern Song Dynasty Stone Carving Park is a national key cultural relic protection unit. It holds the largest and most substantial stone carving relics preserved in the world. The carvings of the Yuan (1271 — 1368 AD) and Ming (1368 — 1644 AD) dynasties provide important cultural and historical information about the two dynasties.

Taogong Island is named after Fan Li, also known as Taozhugong. Fan Li was a minister of the Yue Kingdom during the Spring and Autumn Period (770 — 221 BC). After a successful war campaign against the Wu Kingdom, Fan lived in seclusion with Xi Shi, one of the legendary Four Beauties of China, and eventually became a business tycoon. The island is considered one of the most auspicious and most romantic places in Ningbo.

Ningbo Youngor Zoo is a wildlife zoo located in the beautiful Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort, covering an area of 1.2 million square metres — making it one of the largest animal zoos in China. It houses over 10,000 animals from about 200 species from all over the world, including a great number of rare and endangered species, such as rhinoceros and zebras from Africa, kangaroos from Australia, and white lions from Asia.
