Pet Policy

With the exception of guide dogs, pets of any kind are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Cordis, Auckland hotel’s standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Credit Card Fee

If you are settling your account with a credit card or an offshore Visa debit card or Mastercard debit card, please note that a service fee may apply to cover banking charges, in addition to the total amount payable for all types of credit cards and offshore Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee.

Non-Smoking Policy

Cordis, Auckland is a non-smoking hotel and has a ‘no smoking' policy in all rooms. A cleaning fee of one night’s room charge will be payable for smoking in your room. Smoking is permitted outdoors and there is an undercover guest smoking area outside of the City Road entrance.

Payment Policy

On arrival at the hotel, Cordis, Auckland requires a credit card pre-authorisation to cover the value of your stay plus NZ$100 of incidentals per day (up to a maximum of NZ$400). If you wish to settle your account by cash, your identification is required along with full accommodation prepayment, and an incidental deposit of NZ$100 per day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Should a cancellation be received less than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, a one night charge at the agreed accommodation room rate will be levied.
