It’s time for all lobster cravers to indulge. Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat has carefully curated the menu by sourcing premium ingredients, highlighted delicacies include South African Abalone (Eighteen-Head), Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Conpoy, Clear Soup, Double-Boiled and Half Boston Lobster, XO Mushroom Sauce, Baked.

Enjoy the 5-Course Lobster Degustation menu at price of HKD1,188 per person, serving with a glass of Taittinger Reserve, Brut Champagne. Enhance the exquisite dining experience with 2 glasses of wine at HKD288 per person.
