Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat has carefully curated the Michelin Delicacies Menu by sourcing premium ingredients such as bird’s nest, whole Yoshihama dried abalone, fish maw and Kanto sea cucumber for an authentic Cantonese cuisine experience.
