The offer is applicable to new bookings confirmed from now to 31 December 2021 and taking place from now to 31 March 2022. The offer dates are subject to each participating hotel's availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates apply.
The offer is applicable to accommodation groups with a minimum of 10 paying guestrooms on peak nights.
All benefits and selected value-added concession items must be included in the countersigned sales agreement for such an event.
A maximum of two complimentary rooms will be offered per contracted qualified event.
