CORDIS BALLROOM
The Cordis Ballroom spans an impressive 1,200 square metres, together with a main foyer (495 square metres). Perfect for large-scale exhibitions, it accommodates between 400 to 800 guests and provides direct access from a cargo passage and parking lots for up to 430 vehicles.
VIP ROOM
The 30-square metre VIP Room is located near the entrance of the Cordis Ballroom and comes with an ensuite bathroom, dressing room and lounge area, providing a comfortable space for up to five guests.
FUNCTION ROOMS
For small to medium-sized events, choose from six contemporary-designed function rooms ranging between 45 to 140 square metres, filled with natural light and high-quality equipment. Adjacent to the Cordis Ballroom, the function rooms also serve as individual breakout rooms for up to 70 guests.
CHAOYANG ROOM
Located on the second floor is the stylish Chaoyang Room, offering 240 square metres of event space and a rest area of nearly 400 square metres. Natural lighting and views of West Lake Park provide a sense of serenity. The room can be divided into three separate spaces with dedicated projection equipment and high-quality sound systems.
MING LE ROOM
Ideal for hosting up to 200 guests (theatre style), the Ming Le Room is quietly tucked away on the second floor overlooking the beautiful West Lake Park. The 356-square metre space can transform into three separate meeting rooms with dedicated projection equipment and high-quality sound systems.
EVENT HUB
The 164-square metre Event Hub is strategically located between the Lobby and the Cordis Ballroom for events that require dedicated areas for guests and organisers. The space can be divided into a separate reception area, business office and breakout room for private business discussions.
