- This rate is valid for stays and bookings year round, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.
- Reservations must be made a minimum 14-30 days in advance.
- The rate does not qualify for frequent flyer air miles.
- Cordis, Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to change the details of the offer from time to time and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
- This rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or membership entitlements.
- This rate includes 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival or the rate will be non-refundable.
- Should you be settling your account with a Credit Card or an offshore Visa Debit Card or MasterCard Debit Card, please note that a credit card surcharge of 2.5% will apply on top of the total amount due. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee.
- Should you be settling with a credit card, a pre-authorisation (hold) on your credit card is required of $100 for a single night, and $200 for multiple nights, to cover incidental spending. A 2.5% surcharge also applies to these amounts.
- In case of disputes, Cordis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to make the final decision.
