Celebrate the arrival of Spring with an exquisite selection of tea time treats from High Tea by Cordis with TWG. Served on a beautiful three-tier stand with elegant TWG crockery, these handcrafted sweets, savouries and scones will delight your palette with fresh spring flavours and ingredients.
Savoury treats include lamb confit on a sable with mint cream cheese; beetroot cured salmon with horseradish cream; macaron with goat's cheese and charred red onion puree; and ricotta and truffle panna cottta with pickled radish.
Sweet tooths can savour tempting treats including a delectable dark chocolate cup with grapefruit jelly and honey mousse; a caramelised apple tarte tatin; a playful 'sunny' tartlet filled with yoghurt mousse and passionfruit; and a chestnut and blackcurrant eclair.
Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with a refreshing Orange Delight mocktail and an indulgent pistachio and raspberry filled Tropezienne.
