Relax and enjoy this exquisite selection of tea time treats from High Tea by Cordis. Served on a beautiful three-tier stand, our handcrafted sweets, savouries and fresh scones will delight you with a celebration of rich, Autumn flavours.
Savoury delights include a sweet corn explosion served with corn chips and a slice of pork belly, anise cured salmon with limencello gel, fennel and caviar, and a beetroot tartlet with vanilla, pear and goat's cheese.
For sweet tooths, there's a delectable vanilla and tropical St Honore with a crunchy shortbread base and vanilla whipped ganache, a pear and feijoa caramel cake with Tonka bean mousse, and a tangy coconut and lime finger tart.
Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with your choice of fine teas and coffee.
