Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee will apply. A separate cancellation fee schedule applies for the helicopter ride and if cancelled less than 24 hours prior, it will be non-refundable.

Payments made with a credit or debit card will attract a 2.5% fee. There is no fee charged for cash or EFTPOS.
