Offer is subject to availability and based on Best Available Rate.
It must be booked a minimum of 5 days prior to the day of arrival.
Spa treatments must be booked in advance of your stay. They cannot be redeemed for cash, upgraded or exchanged for any other benefit.
Club Benefits apply only to Executive Rooms and Suites. Deluxe and Superior rooms are excluded.
A maximum occupancy of 2 adults applies to each room.
Cordis, Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to change the details of the offer from time to time and to offer alternative benefits should the one requested be unavailable.
Offer includes 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, membership entitlements or Langham Supper Club discount.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. A cancellation or amendment fee will apply after this time.
A credit card is required to hold the booking.
Should you be settling your account with a Credit Card or an offshore Visa Debit Card or MasterCard Debit Card, please note that a credit card surcharge of 2.5% will apply on top of the total amount due. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract a fee.
Should you be settling with a credit card, a pre-authorisation (hold) on your credit card is required for the amount of the Room Rate (if not prepaid/settled by 3rd party) plus $100 for a one night stay or $200 for a multiple night stay, to allow for incidental spending.
If your accommodation has been prepaid or settled by a 3rd party, we would require $100 for one night or $200 for multiple nights. Credit Cards also attract a 2.5% surcharge on these amounts.
Should you not carry a Credit Card, or wish to settle with cash, your identification is required along with the aforementioned amounts, to be paid on arrival.
In case of disputes, Cordis Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to make the final decision.
