Savoury delights include gin cured salmon with compressed cucumber; duck rillettes with orange chutney and dried mandarin; and mushroom ricotta panna cotta with a truffle glaze, pickled radish and rosemary cracker.
For sweet tooths, there's a delectable pistachio mousse; rhubarb and hazlenut éclair; orange crémeux and ginger bitter chocolate with salted caramel.
Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with a delicious mint julep welcome mocktail. The signature scone for Winter is date and cinnamon.
