SHANGHAI GRAND BALLROOM
The Shanghai Grand Ballroom’s elegant fittings, high ceiling and flexible features can be styled for any theme or occasion. With 580 square metres of pillarless space, it generously welcomes 600 guests for cocktail receptions, or 330 guests for sit-down banquets.
HONGQIAO BALLROOM
Host up to 400 guests in the multi-purpose Hongqiao Ballroom, which features a spacious, pillarless layout that can be tailored to various event sizes and occasions — from theatre-style conferences to classroom-style seminars.
HANGZHOU ROOM
The 110-square metre Hangzhou Room is filled with natural light and full-length glass windows, perfect for breakfast meetings, sunset cocktails, or intimate banquets for up to 50 guests.
NINGBO ROOM
Organise small group seminars or boardroom-style meetings for up to 20 guests in the 83-square metre Ningbo Room.
JIAXING ROOM
The Jiaxing Room is the hotel’s largest function room. At 130 square metres, it comfortably welcomes 60 guests for a cocktail reception, or 50 guests for a sit-down banquet.
NANJING ROOM
The 65-square metre Nanjing Room is conducive for boardroom-style business meetings or cocktail-style functions for up to 30 guests.
SUZHOU ROOM
The Suzhou Room promises a mix of function and flexibility, providing an ideal space for small meetings or seminars. It can be combined with the connecting Wuxi Room to cater for larger functions.
WUXI ROOM
Boasting a spacious 128 square metres, the Wuxi Room accommodates up to 80 guests for a sit-down dinner. It can be combined with the connecting Suzhou Room to cater for larger functions.
