A Summer Celebration

Take your tastebuds on a summertime journey with this exquisite selection of tea time treats from High Tea by Cordis. Served in our elegant Lobby Lounge, on a beautiful three-tier stand, each summery surprise will tempt your palate with a burst of summer colour and flavours.

Savoury delights include shredded beef in a cone with crispy onion salad; elderflower jelly with beetroot relish goat's cheese and caraway tuile and a sweet pea panna cotta with crab and mango gel.

For sweet tooths, there's a delectable vanilla and mint chantilly tart decorated with strawberry gel and fresh summer berries; a honey sponge cake with lemon curd, basil whipped ganache and candied lemon zest; and a chocolate sable with vanilla mousse, cherry compote and fresh chery.

Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience.

A special 'Summer Delight' tea will complement the menu - a delicious blend of strawberry and kiwi tea topped with lemonade and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon.
