For dinner, there’s a special treat with tamarind glazed pork scotch, crispy pork belly, Singapore soft shell crab, steamed Coco clams, Indian butter prawns, baby octopus, fried squid and delicious steamed whole fish.
Traditional desserts such as black sesame ice cream, mandarin sorbet, green tea log and sesame panna cotta will ensure a sweet start to the Year of the Rat.
