See in the Chinese New Year with our delectable selection of traditional Chinese fare for lunch and dinner at Eight – plus all your favourites from Eight's interactive kitchens.

Enjoy the ambience created by stunningChinese lanterns and decor, then indulge in dishes such as XO marinated chicken, hoisin marinated sirloin, sesame and soy bok choy, wok noodles with Chinese pork sausage and fish cakes, traditional Dim Sum, melon and grapefruit salad, spring rolls and more.

For dinner, there’s a special treat with tamarind glazed pork scotch, crispy pork belly, Singapore soft shell crab, steamed Coco clams, Indian butter prawns, baby octopus, fried squid and delicious steamed whole fish.

Traditional desserts such as black sesame ice cream, mandarin sorbet, green tea log and sesame panna cotta will ensure a sweet start to the Year of the Rat.
