Qualified events with 25 guestrooms can choose THREE of the following concessions:

Terms & Conditions
- The offer is applicable to new bookings confirmed between 1 April and 31 August 2019 and taking place within the listed "Group Value Dates" in 2018 . For more details, please contact our sales representatives.
- The offer is applicable to accommodation groups with a minimum of 30 paying rooms on peak nights, excluding wedding group room only block.
- The selected concession items must be included in the countersigned sales agreement for such event.
- The concession of “Cancellation Terms Waived” is applicable to the contracted event cancelling at least 30 days prior to the first event start date.
- The concession of “No Attrition” is applicable to the contracted event releasing the guestrooms at least 30 days prior to the first guestroom arrival date.
- The concession of “No Food and Beverage Minimum” is applicable to events of 30 people and under.
- A maximum of 30 complimentary rooms will be offered per contracted qualified event.
- The complimentary room upgrade offer is not applicable to Suites.
- All food and beverage offerings for the "theme refreshment break enhancement" and the "30-minute cocktail reception" are subject to hotel's discretion.
- The spa credit can only be used within the event's staying period. Advance reservation is required for any spa treatment and subject to availability at the time of booking. Any unused spa credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in cash.
- The roundtrip airport transfer can only be used within the event's staying period. Advance reservation is required.
